Welcome to TcuRepairs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our repair services, website, and any related products or offerings. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

• TcuRepairs offers repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for electronic devices and related products.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a device is deemed unsafe, beyond repair, or if parts are unavailable.

• Any timelines for repairs are estimates only and not guaranteed.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your device and the issues experienced.

• You are responsible for backing up all data before submitting a device for repair. We are not responsible for loss of data, files, or settings during service.

• Devices not collected within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned and may be recycled, resold, or disposed of.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Prices for repairs and parts will be communicated before work begins.

• A diagnostic fee may apply and is non-refundable, even if you decline the repair.

• Full payment is required before releasing your device back to you.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Parts & Warranty

• Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or third-party depending on availability and customer request.

• Unless otherwise stated, repairs include a [14]-day limited warranty covering the parts replaced and labor performed.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after repair

  • Water damage

  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss

  • Tampering with the device after service

5. Liability Disclaimer

• TcuRepairs is not responsible for any further damage that may occur during the repair process if the device is already in fragile condition.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or usage.

• Total liability shall not exceed the cost of the repair service provided.

6. No Guarantee of Data Recovery

• We do not guarantee preservation or recovery of data. Customers are advised to back up all important files prior to repair.

7. User Conduct (Website & Communications)

• You agree not to misuse our website, engage in fraudulent behavior, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

• Any abusive, threatening, or fraudulent communication may result in refusal of service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
